IEC60320-1 Sec. 16.2 Verification of the maximum withdrawal force (2015)

For Standardsized types:

The appliance inlet/plug connector has finely ground pins of hardened steel, having a surface roughness not exceeding 0,8 µm over their active length and spaced at the nominal distance with a tolerance of + 0,02/- 0 mm.

The pin dimensions have the maximum values, with a tolerance of + 0/- 0,01 mm, except that the pin length need only comply with the tolerance of the Standards sheet, and the inner dimensions of the shroud have the minimum values, with a tolerance of + 0,1/-0 mm, specified in the relevant Standards sheet.

NOTE 2 The maximum value is the nominal plus the maximum tolerance. The minimum value is the nominal minus the maximum tolerance.

For non-Standardsized types: The counterpart as specified by the manufacturer shall be used

GB17465.1 第16.2节 最大拔出力的验证 (2009版)

将器具输入插座固定到图12所示的设备的安装板A上，使器具输入插座的销轴处于垂直，而且插销的自由端朝下。

对于测试热条件和酷热条件下的连接器，应备有加热装置C，器具输入插座安装在C上。

器具输入插座应有良好的并经硬化处理过的钢插销，插销的表面粗糙度在其有效长度上不超过0.8μm，插销的中心距为公称距离，公差为+ 0.02/- 0 mm。

插销尺寸应具有最大值，公差为+ 0/- 0.01 mm，但插销长度的公差必须符合标准图表中的公差。器具输入插座外壳的内部尺寸应具有最小值，公差为+ 0.1/-0 mm。这是相关标准图表中所规定的。

注 1：量大值是公称值加上最大公差，最小值是公称值减去最大公差。
